AGM secured permission for this ambitious project involving the demolition of multiple industrial units, followed by the erection of a grand residential dwelling overlooking a vast quarry.

The design of the house itself is ultra modern, incorporating large amounts of glass and artistically irregular architecture to deliver a unique, luxury profile. Multiple viewpoints from the house allow the occupants to benefit from the stunning views around.

This success showed AGM’s full range of capabilities, taking a grand project in an unique location and bringing it to fruition.
