Redevelopment of the former Merchant’s Arms on Avery Road, Bristol, transforming a long-vacant locally listed public house into a mixed-use scheme comprising ground floor offices, a community café and a 9-bedroom HMO.

Internal and external alterations for the conversion of existing roof to form a roof top terrace.

Conversion of existing warehouse to Use Class E, including installation of mezzanine floor and alterations to roof. Erection of attached building to create Use Class E on ground floor and Residential Use Class C3 on 1st and 2nd floors.

Instructed by Interaction Ltd AGM gained planning permission for the Grade II Listed former Gin Distillery at 3-4 Edgar Mews to be converted into 6500 sq ft of Class E office space.

AGM were tasked with securing the demolition of the former Plumb Centre and Genesis Lifestyle Centre for the erection of a three-storey mixed use building.

AGM won an important appeal for the demolition of Wansdyke Business Centre, and the erection of a 68-bedroom care home (Class C2), with associated facilities, outdoor space, and parking in an industrial location.
