Instructed by Interaction Ltd AGM gained planning permission for the Grade II Listed former Gin Distillery at 3-4 Edgar Mews to be converted into 6500 sq ft of Class E office space.
Modern design techniques were utilised to enhance and bring this unused and previously unloved building back into full commercial use as a flagship office, thereby securing and funding this building’s long-term conservation and maintenance.
The scheme is designed to ‘fit’ sympathetically with the rhythm and character of the neighbouring mews buildings whilst remaining clearly legible as the subject of later alterations. The building now accommodates 70 staff and has a new central courtyard and atrium including meeting rooms and break out spaces.
