AGM were instructed by a longterm rural client to help them relocate their agricultural and equestrian business.
By understanding the clients end goals AGM were able to suggest a strategy moving forward that we strongly believed would be successful.
This involved, in the first instance, obtaining Prior Approval under Class A for the erection of a new agriclutral barn at the maximum size allowed under Permitted Development.
Following the Prior Approval consent, a follow up Change of Use application was submitted to allow the barn to be used for equestrian purposes alongside its agricultural use. This allowed the barn to be used for both parts of the clients business.
Follow up applications are expected to expand the business in the future.
