Following recent successes throughout the district we were approached by a new client to understand the possibility of converting a former dairy barn into a dwelling for their daughter and young family to live.
AGM assessed the site and building against the criteria of Class Q to understand whether Prior Approval would likely be successful.
Careful consideration was given to possible contamination on site due to the previous uses. AGM worked closely with a speciliast to demonstrate that no contamination was likely and were successful in achieving consent for the family.
Since the approval work has started and a follow up application to extend the building a further 50%, has recently been approved.
