AGM successfully obtained Class Q permission for the conversion of an existing agricultural building into a residential dwellinghouse, along with the necessary associated operational development.

Following recent successes throughout the district we were approached by a new client to understand the possibility of converting a former dairy barn into a dwelling for their daughter and young family to live.

Instructed by a local resident we were instructed to appraise a piece of land in Somerset. The site contained a well constructed former sheep shed that was certainly capable of conversion.
